"We could not recommend working with Nick and his team more. Nick's team and subcontractors are professional, clean, and definitely know their stuff. Nick himself gave us a lot of design advice that we are  very glad we took (our grout would not have looked awful if we hadn't listened to him!). Through each step of the process, Nick continually provided updates, communicating what was going on and what the next steps were. 

A piece of our vanity was delivered broken so our project was stalled for a few weeks. Within minutes of realizing the piece was delivered broken, we were in Nick's truck on the way to the slab yard to find a fast solution. While we waited for the new piece, Nick even helped us with some smaller projects like mounting a TV, building a custom wall niche for our routers, and updating the recessed lighting throughout our whole home. 

All of the work done by Nick's team and subs was done efficiently and of the highest quality. "Moynihan Construction has helped us transform both of our homes in the San Diego area. We first met Nick when he installed a massive sliding door, replacing a 20 foot wall in our home overlooking our backyard pool area. It was a big and complex job. He gave a fair quote, showed up every day and got it done. Perfection. 

The best thing about Nick is he cares about the quality of his work as if he were working on his own home. He spots things that only a picky homeowner might spot, but even better. His standard of quality is top notch.
